Michele Ann Krohn is the Administrative Assistant at John Toates Architecture and Design. She was born and spent half of her childhood in Germany before immigrating to the U.S. Michele earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Virginia in International Relations and Political Science. Since then she has held several prestigious positions including Director of Marketing for an international export company, Manager of Consultant and International Sales Representatives for a major defense contractor, and was Program Director at Carnegie Bosch Institute for International Management. Upon moving to our area, Michele worked as a Contracts Manager negotiating and managing software license agreements. In addition to her professional achievements, Michele is also a proud mother of two and has volunteered her time to various Historical and Civic Associations, Garden Clubs and several PTO positions.

Michele has held various managerial positions that included marketing, sales, education, and software licensing, many of which were in an international capacity. Michele is coming to us as Administrative Assistant following her dedication to motherhood and volunteer work beginning in 2001. Michele’s expert communication and organizational skills allow for more efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the office and when interfacing with our clientele.
